My Background and Approach
I have a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR (EMDRIA Certified and EMDRIA Approved Consultant), Structural Dissociation Theory, Ego State Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am the owner of Be Well Counseling and our diverse team of experienced licensed therapists love working with clients of all ages.
