My Background and Approach
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I became interested in working in behavioral and mental health after working with young adults in a university counseling center. I have expanded on the classic cognitive approach. Together we will focus on your strengths while exploring whether EMDR Therapy or CBT, individualized to your needs, is best to address concerns related to traumatic experiences, anxiety, mood disorders, anger, and major life transitions. We will explore what happened in your past and/or your current triggers to develop a personalized treatment plan.
