My Background and Approach
My style of therapy is to let the client know that they are always in the driver’s seat. We can start and go anywhere they want, all in a warm and welcoming environment. You won’t be criticized or shamed but rather understood for having your feelings. You can come in and be yourself. We’ll have a conversation together considering you as a whole person (physical, emotional, and spiritual).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My experience as an educator with almost 20 years of experience has proved to be invaluable in relating to preteens, adolescents, and adults. I also welcome other educators navigating the unique challenges that face them.
