I have 24+ years of training and experience in neurodiversity and developmental disabilities.

I have more than 24 years of behavior analytic experience & combine learning theory, behavior change & mindfulness applications in my practice. Mindful Counseling is a personalized, mental health experience offering clients a unique approach that combines applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma-informed care, and acceptance & commitment therapy for individualized treatment. I specialize in working with clients to resolve emotional conflicts, uncover harmful behavior patterns, and develop resiliency and personal empowerment. Mindful is a collaborative experience incorporating feedback, interactive activities, teamwork, psycho-education, empathetic listening, and useful tools to help you achieve your goals and resolutions.
