Many of my clients are struggling with the challenges of living with a chronic illness or cancer diagnosis. Others come to see me while adjusting to a big change, loss, or trauma in their lives. They are navigating life's circumstances and the related internal responses (feelings) about those circumstances. They are people trying their best to move through the world with some sense of meaning, safety and connection.
