I enjoy working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. I also support mothers experiencing prenatal and postpartum depression or those preparing for motherhood. My clients are often navigating life transitions, seeking recovery, and looking to start a new chapter of healing. Together, we work toward increasing well-being and developing healthy coping skills to manage stress and improve overall mental health.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about social justice and committed to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). For the past four years, I’ve led and trained others in DEI and anti-racism efforts. As a Nigerian-American, I understand the systemic barriers that BIPOC individuals face and the inequalities they encounter. I believe in equality and equity for all, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or sexuality. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and to have access to the same rights and opportunities. I’m dedicated to creating inclusive environments where underrepresented groups feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to thrive.
