About My Clients
Do you feel like you’re constantly juggling expectations, roles, and emotions—with no space to just be? Maybe anxiety creeps in, or you feel stuck between cultures, identities, or family dynamics. I get it. I help teens, adults, and caregivers sort through the chaos and find clarity. Whether you’re managing stress, parenting challenges, or identity shifts, I offer a space to breathe, grow, and feel understood—in English or Spanish.
My Background and Approach
The tools I bring into session come from years of working with teens, adults, and families facing real-life stress, emotional overwhelm, and big transitions. I’ve spent over a decade in education and behavior support, and now as a therapist, I’m focused on helping clients develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, improve communication, and create stronger relationships. I’m solution-focused, compassionate, and culturally aware. You’ll leave our sessions with tools you can actually use—whether it’s how to set boundaries, respond to a triggered nervous system, or reconnect with your identity. We'll start with what’s most urgent, and build a foundation for lasting change—together, at your pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and safe enough to be their full selves. I’m passionate about helping others unpack the layers of cultural pressure, family expectations, and internalized beliefs that keep them stuck. As a Latina and part of a blended family, I understand the complexities of identity, belonging, and navigating life across cultures. I’m also a big believer in equity, access, and advocacy—especially for those whose voices often go unheard. I support mental health awareness, inclusive education, and community empowerment. I’ve spent much of my career walking alongside people in crisis, and I know how powerful it can be to simply have someone in your corner who “gets it.” Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me spending time with my family, cheering on students, or having deep talks over cafecito. I’m here to create a space where you don’t have to shrink, explain away your story, or do it all alone.
