I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and work toward creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with yourself and with others.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at All Things Relationship under the supervision of Maryanne Duan, LMFT (License 94176). I seek to create a space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are valued. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I support clients in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, work-life balance, personal growth, acculturation, and relationship or family challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a passion for working with Latinx/Hispanic communities where therapy may still be seen as taboo and services may not be accessible, affordable, or culturally relevant. I value working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to help reduce stigma while elevating the importance of mental health in all communities. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with family, visiting antique shops/museums, or playing with my birds and cat.
