As a bilingual counselor, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, helping you navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the complex emotions that come with being caught between cultures. Whether you're struggling with body image, self-worth, or relationship conflicts, I believe therapy is a powerful space for change. And yes, that change often begins with the courage to challenge yourself.
My Background and Approach
I believe in providing practical coping skills and tools that can be used daily to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. I like to meet client's where they are at which often looks like pulling modalities from different theories. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Rational emotive behavior therapy and Reality Choice Theory. However, before we begin it is important for us to build rapport and create a space where you feel comfortable to begin your healing journey.
