In sessions, you can expect a straightforward, judgment-free space. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. My background includes over 10 years of real-world experience helping people navigate hardship, work that laid the foundation for the therapist I am today.
