My Background and Approach
My Approach Therapy with me is direct, practical, and collaborative. We do more than just talk about what’s wrong. We look at patterns, build useful tools, and figure out what actually helps in day-to-day life. How I work I draw heavily from CBT and psychoeducation, which means I like helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, habits, and relationships interact so change feels clearer and more manageable. If you want therapy that is thoughtful without being fluffy, supportive without coddling, and focused on real-world improvement, we may be a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way.
