Most of my clients come to me because they've realized that the View From The Top is lonely when you've abandoned your real self at the bottom. They're high-performing, often highly credentialed, and externally composed. But something internal has shifted - decisions feel harder, relationships feel performative, and the version of themselves they've built to succeed no longer feels right. We examine the patterns shaping how you think, decide, and relate to understand the system underneath it.
My Background and Approach
I trained at Princeton (Psychology & Neuroscience) and University of Chicago (Social Work), with advanced psychodynamic fellowship training post-graduation. I am licensed/registered to practice in 8 states: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Washington D.C., and Vermont. Also work with clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and selected international locations. I work with a selective caseload of individuals navigating identity transitions, high-performer burnout, AAPI and multicultural identity, and relationship rupture. My approach is psychodynamic and relational. We examine the patterns shaping how you think, decide, and relate - not to fix behavior, but to understand the system underneath it.
