I work with adults across Montana to address concerns around mood, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s of Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School, where I immersed myself in evidence-based practices, multicultural frameworks, and trauma-informed care. I have had the privilege of working in community clinics to refine my skills in individual therapy, group facilitation, and crisis intervention. These experiences solidified my commitment to meeting clients exactly where they are and to adapting my approach to honor their individual strengths and concerns. I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership and I bring warmth, compassion, and curiosity to every session. My approach is integrative: drawing from multiple modalities to tailor each session to your goals, pace, and cultural background. I’m passionate about helping you build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and discover the inner resources you already possess.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I’m not with clients, I spend most of my time with my family and prefer to be outdoors or curled up with a good book. Whether spending time in nature or escaping into novels, I find that I’m continually inspired by stories of growth, perseverance, and transformation. I believe these passions inform my work—reminding me that healing can be both an adventurous journey and a quiet, reflective process. Every person I meet has a distinct story, background, and set of values and I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated, and your goals are honored.
