My Background and Approach
In our first session, I'll listen carefully to understand your story and goals. We’ll talk about your family and challenges and decide what changes you’d like to see. I’m here to work with you, using simple questions and ideas from Cognitive and trauma-sensitive therapy. I'll suggest readings or journaling to help you between sessions. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where we work together on your healing and growth.
