About My Clients
When you are facing uncertainty & change, or feel ready to embark on the journey towards self-awareness and connection, it can be helpful to have a therapist to walk by your side. I have specialized experience with end of life/grief, women's issues, anxiety, and depression.
My Background and Approach
Our practice focuses in relational, attachment-based therapy. I have obtained my B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy, Masters in Social Work, and have experience working in hospice, bereavement, and pediatric oncology settings, as well as women's centers and farm-based therapies. My approach is process-oriented, using what arises in the present moment as well as information from the past to begin to make sense of how we think, feel, and act. From here, we can begin to uncover the wise self underneath. Through self-awareness, therapeutic relationship, and practice of somatically-based self-regulation, we can find our way to approach the ebbs and flows of life.
