My Background and Approach
With a background in clinical psychology and psychotherapy in Romania, recently moved to Chicago, where I support families as an Executive Function and Parenting Coach. My approach looks at the whole person—mind and body, emphasizing the nervous system. I don’t just address symptoms; I help parents understand the patterns, stress responses, and past experiences that shape how they feel and react today. Together, we’ll explore your story, values, and strengths moving towards the goals you sef for yourself or your family. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all roadmap to parenting. Instead, I offer compassionate, practical support that blends evidence-based practices with nervous system regulation, attachment awareness, and somatic tolls. My style is warm, grounded, and infused with a bit of humor so the journey wont feel so heavy. As we work on creating a more calm, connected and joyful family life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection- not in isolation. We grow when we feel safe, seen and supported, not when we are pushed or judged. When we feel safe and supported, we can begin to regulate. Every person carries wisdom and resilience inside them. My role is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, heal old wounds and create new patterns.
