About My Clients
I often support people navigating the lasting impact of developmental trauma and attachment wounds. Many feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, even if they don't fully understand why. Clients come to me seeking deeper self-understanding, more secure relationships, and a stronger sense of safety—both within themselves and in connection to others. I also enjoy working with adolescents navigating anxiety, identity development, and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I work from a person-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of establishing rapport and building a relationship through mutual trust, acceptance, and warmth. As a dance/movement therapist, I pay special attention to mind/body connection, supporting clients in not only talking through their experiences but also tuning into how emotions live in the body. As a bicultural and bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I also value the unique experiences each person brings into the room and enjoy supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Most importantly, I believe therapy should feel safe, welcoming, and judgment-free. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others—so you can move toward the life you want with clarity and strength.
