I help clients better understand how attachment influences their emotions, relationships, boundaries, and sense of self while supporting them in building healthier, more secure connections with themselves and others.

I create a supportive, collaborative space where adolescents can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence and self-understanding.

I am a registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) with a master's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy & Mental Health Counseling from Drexel University.
