The tools I’ll share with you are ones I’ve refined over years of helping people move through anxiety and grief. I have a variety of techniques to help you manage overwhelming thoughts, calm your body, and navigate the waves of loss. My goal is for you to leave with practical tools you can carry with you wherever you go, so relief is always within reach. We’ll work together to address what feels most urgent in the moment—whether that’s easing anxiety’s grip or finding space to breathe through grief. With my background in hospice and case management, I bring deep understanding of how loss affects both mind and body. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening inside you, develop skills to bring comfort now, and build resilience to carry forward in your healing journey.
