About My Clients
I work primarily with adults experiencing depression and anxiety, often rooted in a history of trauma. Many clients feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of self-criticism, or disconnected from themselves and others. Some have experienced clear traumatic events, while others carry the long-term impact of chronic stress or relational wounds. My clients are often thoughtful and resilient but exhausted from coping alone, and are seeking relief, clarity, and a more grounded way of living.
My Background and Approach
I view therapy as a collaborative and relational process rooted in safety, trust, and empowerment. My clients’ insights shape the work just as much as my training does, and I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood and supported in their own capacity for growth. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while also supporting the mind–body connection. I incorporate mindfulness, creative arts interventions, pranayama breathwork for somatic trauma release, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when appropriate. I aim to meet clients where they are, honoring both their lived experiences and their nervous system as part of the healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every client already carries the inner tools needed for healing and growth, even if they feel inaccessible right now. My role is not to “fix” people, but to help them uncover, strengthen, and trust their own capacity for insight, resilience, and change, in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering.
