My Background and Approach
I take a holistic approach to therapy and honor the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit, and tailor therapy to fit the unique needs of every client. I enjoy working alongside individuals, couples and families on their unique journeys through trying to conceive, pregnancy, the postpartum period and whatever comes next. By creating a warm and non-judgmental environment, I allow clients to explore their innermost feelings and emotions as they move towards a life full of happiness and fulfillment. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people aren't broken and in need of fixing but rather everyone is a work in progress and sometimes need support and to be understood so that they can continue to grow. I believe that everyone should have access to mental health services and I love providing therapy at an affordable fee so that I can help support people as they work through whatever life throws at them. Also after the birth of my son I became increasing passionate about Maternal/Paternal mental health and I love helping parents transition into family life and supporting families that have experiences grief and loss surrounding pregnancy, fertility and identity.
