About My Clients
As a holistic and evidenced-based psychotherapist, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adults and families overcome struggles with ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, stress and issues regarding life transitions such separation/divorce. Through my experience and implementation of evidenced-based models and practices, I have assisted individuals in overcoming some of the symptoms and challenges associated with their diagnosis so that they can live their lives to its fullest potentials.

My ultimate goal is to walk with you every step of the way and to help you heal and overcome your own obstacles. As a therapist, I am here to assist you reach and live your optimal life and believe that this can only be achieved through building rapport and discovering your authentic needs. By implementing a very personalized and evidenced-based approach, we will collaborate to find the best strategies to help you heal in all aspects of your life so that you can begin to bring about positive changes and begin life fully. Once we decide which methods are best for you we can begin the healing process. As previously mentioned, my goal as your therapist is to be there for you every step of the way as we find the best methods for you and your lifestyle.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
For more than 10 years, my comprehensive experience in education and community-based counseling services has afforded me the skills needed to successfully treat a series of mental health issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, LGBTQIA concerns, relational issues, separation/divorce and self-esteem. I believe in holding a safe space for people to freely process their experiences. Through this philosophy, I have been able to successfully assist thousands overcome life’s adversities and am excited to help you on your journey! A little bit about my professional pursuits: In an effort to continue expanding on my passion for helping others, I attained a PhD with the aspiration to conduct research that supports the expansion and implementation of evidenced-based models and therapeutic techniques to help as many people as possible.
