About My Clients

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and am comfortable hearing whatever it is you need to say. I come from a queer, polyamorous background in my personal life, but work with folks of any identity or lifestyle.

My Background and Approach

Therapy is a space for you to feel heard, validated and supported. It's an approach to feel less anxious, work toward goals, recover from trauma, and improve relationships. It can sometimes feel impossible to find ways to thrive in the capitalistic, oppressive system we're in, especially for marginalized folks. We can face those challenges together to find ways for you to feel safe, fulfilled and content. I offer a grounding presence, a space without judgement and tools for you to use in your day-to-day life. I take a direct, relational approach. I will hold you accountable to doing the work with compassion and patience. If you’d like some support, please reach out!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

To me, being polyamorous isn't about how many people you're dating or connecting with, but rather questioning societal norms and creating relationships that serve you. Whether you're practicing monogamy, relationship anarchy, solo poly, or anything else, you have the power to choose how much of yourself you want to give. I believe healthy communication is at the core of all satisfying relationships, and that it takes practice to learn what we each need and how to convey that to others.
