My Background and Approach
I am an artist and nurse who has overcome substance use disorder through holistic wellness, mindfulness, and psychospiritual exploration - these experiences are close to my heart and inform my practice. My personalized integrative psychiatric approach supports mind, body, and soul healing through a blend of herbal and pharmacologic supplements, mindfulness based therapies, lifestyle changes, and ancient wisdom. I also support clients by providing medication management and psychedelic medicine services.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As you can probably tell if you've read this far, I’m a little different from most psychiatric providers. Your intake visits and follow-up appointments with me will not be rushed. I read and review the intake forms I send you with a fine-tooth comb before our visit together. I believe deep healing takes time. This is so I can provide you with personalized care, take more time, and use evidence-informed integrative treatments that are typically not covered by insurance plans. I believe in the power of love, collaboration, and honoring an individual’s journey to mental transcendence and self-discovery. I work by developing meaningful, lasting bonds with my clients to achieve co-creation. The result is leveraging your inner strengths to facilitate lasting healing and resilience while minimizing additional dependencies.
