My mission is to help you see your inherent worth, and to journey along a path in which we can discover the authentic you. My focus is with individuals with a wide range of concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, and many more. Ultimately, I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most important thing, so I work to tailor my approaches in a way that is unique and best fits each individual client.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, to help individuals overcome barriers in their life that often feel like you are carrying around extra baggage. My goal is to help you get "unstuck" from the place you are in and truly become the best version of yourself.
