About My Clients
I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationships and neurodiversity. I especially enjoy working with late-recognized Autism and ADHD. I work with my clients to help them find their strengths and find ways to be more comfortable in their day to day lives. This includes learning new tools and paths of self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I have worked in community mental health and private practice settings with a wide variety of clients and needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My belief is that we are capable of change if we are willing to do the work. Sometimes we just need extra support on that journey.
