About My Clients
Have you found yourself feeling stuck or discouraged lately? Some of the struggles I hear about include self-doubt, boundaries, and life transitions. Others are dealing with toxic relationships, family, or work environments. People usually come to therapy because they're experiencing pain in one form or another. I've worked with clients of all ages and with a variety of issues, but the thing most of them have in common is that they all need someone in their lives to remind them that they matter.
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-informed, client centered therapy for adults of all ages. I frequently work with anxiety, depression, dating/singleness, grief, self esteem, life transitions and career stress. I often work with young professionals and healthcare professionals. I also specialize in EMDR, a research-supported technique for reprocessing traumatic memories.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A lot of us find it easy to help others but aren’t quite sure how to help ourselves. Beginning therapy might be your brave first step. Making this decision means that we realize we are worth getting the help we need. Even if that doesn't feel true right now, I would be honored to be a part of your journey towards believing you are worthy of healing.
