My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed professional counselor with advanced training in EMDR and a special focus on trauma, neurodivergence (especially ADHD and autism), and relationships. I’ve been in private practice since 2017 and have worked with a wide range of individuals, couples, and families. My work is informed by lived experience, deep curiosity, and a belief that healing happens in safe, authentic connection. I often integrate tools like the Enneagram, vagus nerve regulation, and parts work to help clients understand themselves and make meaningful change. Clients who work with me tend to appreciate my ability to hold both depth and humor, and the way I tailor therapy to who they are—not just what they’re going through. Whether you’re processing past trauma, managing burnout, or navigating the complexities of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, clarity, and zero judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of compassion, curiosity, and community. I'm neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and body-neutral. I care deeply about making therapy accessible, de-stigmatizing mental health, and creating space for people who often feel like they don’t quite fit the mold. I believe your lived experience matters, your identity is valid, and your story is worth hearing. I also believe in the healing power of nature, play, and a good laugh when you need it most.
