I provide the option of traditional therapy or you may utilize my specialties that are ground-breaking techniques. Going beyond standard approaches, my expertise incorporates mindfulness, yoga, breath work & energy work. My variety of offerings stem from my background as a certified RYT 500 yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, & a scholar in holistic studies.
