About My Clients
Do you ever feel like the feelings you have aren't normal? Do you ever feel like you want to achieve balance and control daily? I know exactly what you're feeling. Feelings are hard to understand sometimes and sometimes we do not even know why we feel a certain way. I look forward to partnering with you to learn and understand the reasons you feel the ways that you do.
My Background and Approach
Much of my experience has been working with children and families, but I am passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life’s complexities and discover their most authentic selves. I view each person holistically, recognizing that mental, emotional, and social well-being are deeply connected and should be considered together. At the heart of my practice are the values of empowerment, self-awareness, resilience, and autonomy. Our experiences shape us, but they do not define us—we have the ability to learn from them, grow through them, and move forward with strength and purpose. My role is to provide guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based strategies to help clients take meaningful steps toward their personal goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is possible for everyone. While transitions can be challenging, they also provide opportunities for growth, transformation, and empowerment. My goal is to help individuals develop self-awareness, build resilience, and gain the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges in a way that is both practical and emotionally sustainable. I take a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. I believe that every person already possesses the capacity for growth and healing—sometimes, they just need support in recognizing their strengths and using them effectively.
