My training and experience focuses on transforming unproductive patterns into meaningful opportunities for healing, growth, and joy.

My work is grounded in Attachment Theory. So much of our patterns are subconsciously embedded within us before we have the neuro-development to understand them (ages 0-5, particularly ages 0-2), and so we repeat them in an attempt to resolve or repeat the attachment messages from early childhood. Understanding our early attachment and creating new attachment experiences as adults has the potential to transmute trauma and empower generational healing.
