My Background and Approach

Imagine writing the script for your own life, instead of letting other people do that for you. I’m a licensed mental health counselor (FL MH 12054) who utilizes rational emotive behavior therapy to help my clients meet their goals. I believe the way we think and believe has an impact on how we feel and act. I can and will help you challenge and change those unrealistic and often self-defeating beliefs, allowing you to think, feel, and act in healthier and more productive ways! I’m also a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach. I’m focused on helping you get unstuck in your current situation and accomplishing things you’ve never dreamed of. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The truth is, I’ve been where you are. For real! But I am a much better version of myself now. I felt like I had nothing going for me, and it felt like I was drowning in my disappointment. It’s miserable to feel like life can’t get any worse; to feel lost, lonely, and completely hopeless for your future. The fear of never accomplishing the dreams you had for yourself can be paralyzing. So, do you want to know what I did? I tried to fix it myself, of course! Spoiler alert: that didn’t work (I know, you’re shocked) So then I went to see a counselor. True story! And then this amazing thing happened…life actually got better! So, I was where you are. And I get how miserable you are. It’s a shame that so many women out there feel the way they do for so long. Every young woman deserves to have a healthy relationship with herself. Every young woman deserves to confidently set the bar higher (and higher!) for herself. EVERY WOMAN DESERVES TO BE HAPPY!
