About My Clients
Do you feel like you're working too hard to meet everyone's needs but yours? I empathetically support people who have a hard time with self-expression, people feeling anxious about significant life changes and transitions, people feeling stuck in a routine or loop, people who hate conflict but are finding "keeping the peace" isn't getting anywhere, and people interested in tuning into the sound of their own voice.
My Background and Approach
As a certified Gestalt therapist, I love to try experiments. I offer a safe place to uncover your feelings and try new ways of expressing them. Together we connect, increase your awareness, and make shared meaning. We'll explore your resistance and defenses, get curious about your patterns, and learn more about your intentions and your impact.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent decades working in social justice causes, including wealth redistribution, media access and representation, and moving resources to causes via mutual aid networks in the Philadelphia area. Movement work is where my initial steps into self-reflection began and they continue through intersectional work that advocates for universal resources, rights, and dignity for all.
