My Background and Approach
“What do you do?” It’s the first thing we ask when we meet someone, and a huge part of how we carve out our sense of self. Work stress and dissatisfaction have major impacts on our relationships, mental wellness and physical health. I am here to empower you to live a healthy fulfilled life, in and beyond the workplace. I believe every person needs an individualized approach to meet their goals. This can be in the form of a very structured goal-driven approach, or a fluid and flexible style. I will work collaboratively with you to select an approach that works best for your needs.
