About My Clients

Do you hit every deadline but feel like you're disappearing? Maybe you're the one everyone counts on, the high achiever who keeps saying yes while running on fumes. You might not even remember what rest feels like without guilt attached. I work with professionals who are exhausted, overextended, and quietly wondering if this is all work gets to be. Together we'll untangle your worth from your output and build a work life with room for you in it. You don't have to earn your way to rest anymore.

My Background and Approach

I've spent over 13 years working with people at every stage of their careers, from community mental health to private practice to training the next generation of counselors as a professor. Burnout isn't a side interest for me. It's the center of my work, and I've studied how it shows up differently in high achievers, helpers, and neurodivergent professionals. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and emotionally focused work, all through a feminist lens that takes seriously the systems you're working inside, not just your response to them. In practice, that means we look at what matters to you, get curious about the parts of you that push and protect, and stop treating exhaustion like a personal failure. I'm warm but direct. You won't get vague advice to practice more self care. You'll get a clear understanding of how you got here, real tools that fit your actual life, and a plan for building a relationship with work that doesn't cost you yourse

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe burnout is not a personal failure. Most of my clients are doing everything right inside systems that were never built with their wellbeing in mind, and naming that honestly matters to me. I bring a feminist lens to everything I do, and I believe rest is a right, not a reward you earn through productivity. I'm LGBTQ affirming, committed to social justice, and every part of who you are is welcome with me. I'm also neurodivergence affirming, and this one is personal. My own adult ADHD diagnosis changed how I understood my whole story, and I know firsthand how much shifts when you stop forcing yourself into systems built for someone else's brain. Outside of work I'm a yoga instructor, runner, and adventure seeker who is happiest at elevation, usually with my dog and two cats waiting at home. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, reach out. I'd love to hear what's going on for you.
