My Background and Approach
With over 13 years of experience, I help adults and adolescents navigate trauma, grief, body image issues, anxiety, stress, and chronic illness. I combine traditional talk therapy with art therapy, creating a compassionate space where expression through art can deepen healing when words are hard to find. I also integrate mindfulness and a mind-body approach, helping clients explore emotions and develop lasting coping skills. Together, we’ll work toward emotional resilience, greater self-awareness, and a more balanced life.

I believe deeply in the power of creativity to heal and transform lives. As an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and someone with family ties to it, I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for all clients. I’m passionate about helping people navigate trauma, grief, and life transitions, using art as a tool for emotional expression and resilience. I support mental health advocacy and strive to reduce the stigma around therapy. I also value mindfulness and the mind-body connection, encouraging clients to cultivate self-awareness and inner balance. My goal is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and find ways to move forward at your own pace.
