Therapy is a space where we can work through our struggles, have someone to truly listen without judgement or criticism, and find healthy ways to cope. My Background and Approach
I hold a Masters of Education in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina and a National Board Certified Counselor. I enjoy working with individuals ages 13 and up by an eclectic approach that draws from Humanistic/Person-Centered/Strength-Based model, Trauma Informed care, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts, Reality/Choice Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
