Even if life looks okay on the outside, something inside feels off. I offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to find your way forward.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, even if life looks okay from the outside. I offer a calm, relaxed, and supportive space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to create change that feels real and lasting.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself—without pressure, judgment, or needing to have it all figured out. I value curiosity over criticism, and connection over quick fixes. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we can move at your pace and make space for both the hard and meaningful parts of your experience. Outside of therapy, I’m drawn to nature, quiet mindful moments, and the kinds of spaces that will allow people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
