Hello! I’m Beth. You might call me a self-compassion encourager, a listening ear, and a holder of space for hope and healing.

Brainspotting is a brain-body based therapy that is a powerful tool for lasting healing due to its proven ability to rapidly address issues that traditional talk therapy takes longer to resolve. Current research in neuroscience reveals that painful memories can get stuck in the non-verbal, non-cognitive subcortical brain which diminishes our ability to live fully in the here and now. I have been trained in Phases 1 and 2, as well as Brainspotting for Addiction.
As a mindfulness teacher and group facilitator for over 10 years, I'm a firm believer in the power of mindfulness-based practices to help us make room for the presence, insight and joy we so desperately seek. I've received training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction as well as Mindfulness Education through Mindful Schools, and have had a personal mindfulness practice for over 15 years.
With over 10 years working with teens, I have a deep appreciation for both the gifts and challenges of these developmental years. It’s a time of great expansion, creativity and possibility, and, it can also be filled with turbulence, pressure and emotional ups and downs. I see a culture today that puts incredible amounts of pressure on teens to flourish, be their best, and achieve great things, while not providing enough tools and support to learn to navigate by their own north star.
