About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, and working professionals, and I understand the unique pressures and transitions they face. Whether you're navigating the complexities of adolescence, managing the challenges of early adulthood, or addressing the stresses of a professional career, I am here to provide support and guidance. Together, we will navigate life's challenges, working towards positive change and personal well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Texas with a Master of Clinical Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic and client-centered traditions. I draw on psychodynamic principles, exploring the influence of unconscious processes and past experiences to understand and address current challenges. The client-centered approach, inspired by Carl Rogers, is integral to my practice, emphasizing the client as the expert in their life. Together, we create a safe and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and personal growth. I am passionate about collaborating with clients on their unique journeys, fostering insight and resilience. I also draw on Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
