About My Clients
I work with women who are passionate about people, their work, and the world around them. Lately though, they feel stuck, isolated, and/or frustrated. The confidence they used to feel is no longer there—they're constantly second-guessing themselves and struggling to make even small decisions. They crave connection, but still somehow find themselves alone on the couch every weekend scrolling social media and wondering how everyone else seems to have it all together.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is a way to get back in touch with your values and that deeper purpose that you know is there, but maybe haven’t been living out lately. Questioning where your career is headed? Let’s look at the bigger picture and what you want to accomplish with your life, as well as the societal systems that might be holding you back. Tired of replaying past conversations over and over, analyzing and overthinking every little decision? We’ll dig into the unhelpful messages you’ve been told that are keeping you stuck. They’re tired of feeling defined by their anxiety or like no one in their life can really understand what they’re going through. My clients are willing to get vulnerable and embrace their imperfections (even when it’s uncomfortable) in order to make a difference in their life and their world.
