About My Clients
Do you struggle with past trauma? Do you have a hard time with communicating with your family or partner. Do you have a hard time with anxiety or depression. If so, I want to help you help yourself! I want to take a client's personal goals of growth and together we can create a potential treatment plan. I specialize in all age groups from adolescents to the geriatric populations. I have been practicing for over 20 plus years.
My Background and Approach
I have training in several areas of need. I primarily practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic background. I have training in trauma focused CBT as well. I also have many years working in relational therapeutic models as well and have helped many families with this type of foundation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In the words of Charles “Chuck” E. Dederich, Sr., "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." This has been my motto since the beginning. I have always wanted to help others help themselves and chose this career because I knew this was where I belonged. Along the way, I have witnessed that, together, I can work with clients and foresee a better future for them and their families due to the work that is put in place. I work hard at enriching lives with clients driven by treatment plans that are individually tailored and mutually created.
