About My Clients
I work with children of all ages, from toddlers to young adults! I specialize in working with neurodiverse children, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief in children. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where children feel safe and families feel heard. I welcome the opportunity to connect and see how I can support you, your child, and your family.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and strengths-focused. I use evidence-based and expressive techniques, including CBT, play, and music-based approaches, to help children build coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness. On top of this, I also help teens and adolescents through life transitions, struggles with peers, and stress management.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, pro-BLM, anti-ICE, and an advocate for neurodiverse people. I have experience volunteering in a variety of areas, such as with the homeless population or low income families, and I have 2 years of experience working in a nonprofit child welfare organization.
