About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, big emotions, or life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and others. Whether through play, talk, or somatic work, I meet each person with compassion and creativity to support healing, regulation, and growth. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to begin.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and at times EMDR-focused. I specialize in PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. For teens, I incorporate play and art therapy to support emotional expression and growth. With adults, I integrate EMDR and humanistic approaches to help process past experiences, improve communication, and foster deeper connections. Whether you're seeking relief, insight, or growth, I’m here to walk with you—gently and with curiosity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person carries a unique story shaped by their culture, experiences, and environment. Growing up in a multicultural town in the UK, I developed a deep curiosity about people and the many ways we make meaning of our lives. My travels around the world and my experience in an interracial marriage have further opened my heart and mind, deepening my respect for diverse identities, beliefs, and ways of being. I approach therapy with cultural humility and a genuine desire to understand you on your terms, holding space that honors your whole self.
