About My Clients
Throughout my practice, I have worked with a diverse population of individuals and couples who have experienced depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, family and relationship concerns, socio-cultural issues, and men’s issues. Furthermore, I have extensive experience working with individuals with special needs and learning disabilities.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and am in the Mental Health Counseling and Wellness masters program at NYU. My approach to therapy is person-centered and draws from techniques of Gestalt Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness. Much of my work centers on helping clients understand their experience in the “here and now” and getting in touch with their emotions. My therapeutic style is patient, warm, supportive, and empowering. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing anything on their minds while processing their feelings. I am a strong believer that speaking on and exploring concerns allows for healing and growth.
