I provide an opportunity for individuals, couples, and/or families to tell and reshape their stories using verbal and visual means. Creativity is not only an emotional outlet, it also provides a window into another part of our selves and has the power to create profound change.

My Background and Approach

I have an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy from Antioch University and a BA from the University of Washington. My approach is eclectic, culturally responsive, and integrative; incorporating elements of various modalities depending on your needs. Overall, I value creativity, authenticity, absurdity, and humor.
