About My Clients

My clients are often individuals navigating the intersections of identity, systemic barriers, and mental health. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and ADHD minds learning to thrive on their own terms, as well as queer individuals seeking radical affirmation. Grounded in cultural humility, I also provide a safe, respectful space for Indigenous community members. You don't need fixing; you deserve a partner to help you navigate systemic harm and heal.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I provide culturally responsive, identity-affirming teletherapy. My practice is fundamentally grounded in social justice, systemic advocacy, and a deep respect for human sovereignty. I operate from a strengths-based, decolonizing framework that integrates trauma-informed care with neurodivergent-affirming practices. Having worked in tribal school settings and provided therapy to Alaskan native and other Indigenous communities, I practice with a deep commitment to cultural humility and self-determination. As a queer and ADHD clinician myself, I also specialize in helping neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals process the complex trauma of systemic oppression. Whether utilizing trauma-informed CBT or exploring self-regulation tools, our work is entirely collaborative. Together, we will dissect the external structures impacting your mental health and honor your lived experiences on your own terms.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that you are the ultimate expert on your own life, history, and healing. Therapy is not a space where an expert hands down answers; it is a partnership built on mutual respect and client control. My role is to offer tools and a safe place to express yourself, while always deferring to your right to guide your own path. I hold a deep conviction that personal struggles cannot be separated from societal realities. Mental health is intimately tied to how safe, seen, and supported we are by the world around us. Because of this, I view collective liberation and mental wellness as deeply connected. I approach our differences not with a rigid checklist of competence, but with lifelong cultural humility—continually learning, listening, and honoring the unique cultural landscapes, traditions, and lived truths you bring to the space.
