My Background and Approach
I practice cognitive behavioral therapy, which is based on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I'll help you learn how to solve problems and change the way you think to improve your mood. I'm also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am politically progressive. I don't proselytize my beliefs upon my clients, but I do come from the perspective that black lives matter, love is love, etc. More relevantly, I believe in empowerment. I don't want to keep you in therapy any longer than you need. My job is to make myself irrelevant.
