About My Clients
Are recent events making you feel like everything is piling up and becoming too much to handle? If life used to feel fantastic, but now you're feeling adrift and need some direction, please know it's completely normal. We are all emotional beings and can handle only so much at once. At times, gaining a fresh perspective on our situation and identifying our inner strengths can propel us to improve ourselves.
My Background and Approach
I'm good at helping out during tough times and connecting with people when they need it most. I'm here to guide you when things feel too much to handle. I use a mix of solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and reality theory to help you recognize your strengths and become more resilient. I've got your back during the tough times and know we can get through it. As someone who's bipolar and neurodivergent, I can help you see your strengths and potential, just like I have, and help you deal with any challenging emotions or situations. In our first session, we'll discuss your situation and what you hope to get from our sessions and devise a plan. Together, we'll work on overcoming the things holding you back, and I'll help you become stronger and more resilient. I'm fully committed to being with you on this journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply passionate about suicide prevention, safety planning, and promoting mental health awareness. As someone who is neurodivergent-affirming, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals with diverse neurological profiles. I am also committed to supporting social justice causes and advocating for equality and inclusivity for all. It is essential to me that everyone is treated with empathy, respect, and understanding, and I actively work towards creating a more supportive and compassionate society.
