About My Clients
I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, phobias, and trauma symptoms. Throughout my career I have also seen clients working through life transitions and relationship issues. I also enjoy working with clients currently in college or entering the work force.
My Background and Approach
In my 7 years in the mental health field, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a range of different treatment settings. I specialize in working with anxiety/phobias, PTSD, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and relationship difficulties. I seek to help my clients thrive and reach their full potential through evidence-based and research-backed interventions. I believe that therapy can help you navigate through life's challenges and find the best version of yourself. I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth visits only I use a empathetic and calming approach in my session that allows every client to be heard and understood. I focus on a collaborative approach that meets the client where they are in their current journey. Throughout our work together, I will seek to build the relationship and trust that will lead to effective change.
