About My Clients
Beautiful Victory Counseling serves teens (16+), adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I also specialize in helping men break free from pornography/compulsive sexual behaviors and rebuild integrity and relationships. Faith-integrated care is available on request and is grounded in practical, evidence-based tools.
My Background and Approach
Beautiful Victory Counseling was created to provide high-quality, compassionate therapy that helps people achieve real, lasting change. Led by Benjamin Cerniglia, PhD, LPC, NCC, BVC serves adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. We provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest about what’s going on and feel understood—while also gaining clear tools to move forward. Our approach is practical and evidence-based, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and build healthier habits. We focus on both insight and action—understanding the “why” behind your struggles while developing a plan for meaningful progress. For clients who desire it, we also offer faith-integrated counseling that honors Christian values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs and interests shape the heart of Beautiful Victory Counseling. I believe people are created with purpose and worth, and that lasting change is possible when clients are met with both compassion and truth. I’m committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where people can be honest about their struggles and gain practical tools to move forward. Because my Christian faith is meaningful to me, I’m passionate about helping clients align growth with their values, and I’m glad to integrate faith into counseling when desired in a clinically grounded, respectful way. I’m especially interested in helping clients break cycles of anxiety, shame, disconnection, and compulsive behaviors, and build healthier thinking, emotional regulation, and relationships. At BVC, my goal is to help people pursue healing, integrity, and a life marked by greater clarity, freedom, and hope.
